At Suretiya Craft, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) are intact
The item is not damaged due to misuse
A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided
A valid reason for return is provided
Reason for Return
A reason must be provided when raising a return request. Accepted reasons include:
-Wrong size / variant received
-Product damaged or defective
-Item significantly different from what was shown on the website
-Wrong product delivered
-Changed my mind (accepted only if the item meets all eligibility conditions above)
Return requests without a valid reason will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
Customized or made-to-order items
Items returned after 7 days from delivery
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email/WhatsApp/contact form (add your preferred channel), or raise a request through the returns page on our website
Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the pickup agent
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI
Return shipping (reverse pickup) is free of charge — Suretiya Craft bears all return shipping costs. You will not be charged for returning an eligible item.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases, with no cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size/variant issues, subject to stock availability, within the same 7-day window. If the desired variant is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
