At Suretiya Craft, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The packet/box is unopened and unused, with the seal intact
  • All original packaging and labels are intact
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided
  • A valid reason for return is provided

Reason for Return
A reason must be provided when raising a return request. Accepted reasons include:

  • Product damaged or defective on arrival
  • Item significantly different from what was shown on the website
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Packet opened/leaking on arrival

Since diya batti is a consumable, pooja-use item, "changed my mind" returns are only accepted if the packet is unopened and seal is intact.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Opened, used, or partially used packets (for hygiene and quality reasons)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage (e.g., exposure to moisture/heat)

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email/WhatsApp, or raise a request through the returns page on our website
    2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective/leaking)
    3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address — a ₹75 return shipping fee applies, deducted from your refund
    4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the pickup agent

    Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus the ₹75 return shipping fee. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

    Damaged or Wrong Item Received
    If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases — no fee applies when the return is due to our error.
